Booking a court
Courts are booked in 90-minute slots. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from the club. Please arrive five minutes before your slot.
Cancellations
Free cancellation until two hours before your slot. After that the slot is charged in full.
Memberships
Memberships run month to month unless stated otherwise and can be cancelled before the next billing date. Prices shown include VAT.
On court
Non-marking shoes only. Rackets can be rented at reception.
Please leave the court on time so the next players can start.
Coaching and events
Clinics, leagues and socials may be rescheduled if too few players sign up. You will be offered a place on the next session or a refund.
Liability
Play at your own risk. Tell a coach about any injury or condition that affects your play. The club is not responsible for personal belongings left on site.
Photography
We sometimes photograph socials and leagues for club channels. Tell any member of staff if you would rather not appear.
